Had an incredible experience purchasing a watch through Elliot via WhatsApp. Since I couldn’t make the trip up to London, he arranged for the watch to be shipped directly to me, and it arrived in under 24 hours! Fast, seamless, and professional service. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a stunning Rolex Yatchmaster from Elliot at Pomerance Boutique. Elliot was exceptional from start to finish. He had great communication and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Upon arrival to his showroom he greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome, we spoke watches and he ensured the watch was sized to my wrist correctly. I would highly recommend Pomerance Boutique and I have no doubt that you will have an amazing purchasing experience in addition to loving your new watch. Thank You Elliot.

Ordered a quality used watch. The watch was/is immaculate as listed. The transaction was seamless and Steve has excellent communication with his clients. This was a very easy transaction for an item which is, or can be, tricky. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

This was my second dealing with Pomerance. This week i added a Daytona to my collection. It was a pleasure to deal with Stephen. He was responsive, fair and accommodating. It was as close to a perfect experience as possible. In an industry of sharks, Pomerance are the antithesis. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ask for Stephen!

I can assure anyone reading this that Pomerance is a genuine and honest buyer of watches, and I sold my watch to them with no hassle or fuss and quick payment as soon as watch was received with no prompting from me. 10/10.

This is the first time I've bought a watch from Pomerance and would 100% buy from them again. Stephen really knows his stuff when it comes to watches and made the whole process of part exchanging very easy. I usually use Watchfinder when looking at buying watches, who are very good, but after 15 years of using them I think Pomerance are better. If your in the market for a watch I'd recommend speaking to Stephen

Had been on “the list” for 5 years to get my hands on a Rolex Submariner Starbucks, until I finally decided to get it from the grey market. Found Pomerance Boutique whilst searching for a reputable place to buy one. They are also listed with Wacthfinder. Spoke to Elliot over the weekend and did my due diligence about the company. I was still a bit hesitant as it was a big investment and shared my concerns with Elliot who gave me the facts and comforted me about the timepiece and their reputation. I met Stephen at their Canary Wharf office who showed me the 2 timepieces they had in their collection. I selected one and through there was a little hiccup in their process as they don’t accept Apple Pay and I didn’t had my card on me, had to come the next day. Excellent service all in all and no pressure tactics to buy / sell. Would definitely recommend them.

Thank you Stephen! My wife had been searching for a particular Lady Datejust on the major sites, and Pomerance had the perfect one. Yes, we were faced with the tariff to ship to the US, but the outstanding customer service from Stephen and overall stellar experience made it all worthwhile in the end. Having my own business in Texas, I know the effort it takes to treat the customer right. I can highly recommend Pomerance and Stephen. Cheers from across the pond!

Excellent experience at Pomerance Boutique. I was assisted by Stephen for the purchase of a Rolex, and he was polite and punctual from the moment I arrived. The watch was exactly as described. Stephen conveyed a strong sense of professionalism and fairness, making me feel completely at ease. I will certainly turn to him for any future needs. Highly recommended.
